Tighter audience controls

Launch setup now has three additional audience controls:

Allow Only limits a launch to a specific list.
Preferred gives your most loyal customers a weighted shot, while still scanning for bad actors.
Exclude keeps specific fans out.

You can adjust these controls up until you process your launch.

EQL's Shopify app

Easier in-store pickup

Draws with in-store pickup now allocate stock store by store, and selected fans are told exactly which store to collect from.

Playbooks (early access)
