FAQ

What is the difference between a VIP list and an invite-only launch?

A launch with a VIP list applied is publicly available for anyone to enter. Your VIPs will get a boost and have a higher chance of being selected. An invite-only launch is fully private, so only select customers can access it.

How does a locals-first launch work?

Set your desired distance from your store, and fans with shipping addresses in this area will be selected first. Even better, you can reward locals without risking sell-through. When there are not enough entrants from your targeted location, we'll sell on to fans outside the radius who've entered.

How do in-person event-based launches work?

Incentivize in-person community building by giving event attendees exclusive launch access. Guests will enter your launch via QR code at your event, and we'll use geolocation to qualify entrants based on their live location at the time of entry. We can also cross-reference ticket information to ensure fans who are selected are ticket holders at your event.
