New Shopify App are here to power smarter, fairer launches

Demand doesn’t start at checkout—it starts well before your launch goes live.

With Notify Me, brands can now capture customer intent directly during launch setup. Shoppers who miss out—or don’t want to camp out on launch day—can opt in to receive an automated email the moment your launch opens.

Create Smarter Lists with Shopify Segments (NEW)

Audience targeting just got a whole lot more flexible.

You can now use native Shopify audience segments directly within EQL to power or supplement VIP and block lists. This makes it easier to reward loyalty, prioritize local communities, or exclude bad actors—without creating manual workarounds.

What this unlocks:

  • Faster setup using existing Shopify data
  • More precise targeting for launches and activations
  • Better alignment between Shopify and EQL workflows

If you already segment your customers in Shopify, EQL now fits naturally into that ecosystem.

Multi-Quantity Purchases (NEW)

Some fans want more than one unit—and now you can let them, without opening the door to abuse.

With multi-quantity entries, customers can enter for multiple units during a single launch. EQL’s safeguards ensure fairness remains intact while helping brands increase basket size and AOV.

  • Higher average order value
  • Fewer duplicate entries
  • Protection against fraud and bad actors

Exclusive Access, Reimagined (UPGRADED)

We’ve expanded Exclusive Access to support two distinct launch experiences:

  • Reserved Purchase
    Guaranteed inventory for invited customers, ensuring everyone who receives access can complete a purchase.

This update gives brands more options to match launch mechanics to fan expectations—whether you’re prioritizing speed, certainty, or both.
